Jentske Wertwijn is a PhD candidate at the Amsterdam UMC, Department of Epidemiology and Data Science. Her research focuses on
the food and social environments, specifically examining how individuals interact with these environments and their association with cardiometabolic diseases. Additionally, Jentske is conducting
a systematic review and meta-analysis on the association between actionable dietary behaviours and the development of obesity in young adults. She carries out her work as part of the
Exposome-NL | The exposome research consortium of The Netherlands consortium.
