Jet van de Geest is a PhD candidate in the department of Epidemiology and Data Science at Amsterdam UMC. Her research focuses on associations between obesogenic characteristics of the built environment, lifestyle behaviours, and weight-related
outcomes, with an emphasis on socioeconomic and subgroup inequalities in these relations. Jet conducts her work as part of the OBCT (Obesity: Biological, socioCultural, and environmental risk Trajectories) consortium.
