Lucrezia Bertoni is a PhD candidate whose project investigates how dietary behaviors influence the development of obesity among young adults, with the aim of developing and testing recommendations for obesity prevention. Her PhD research is part of the Horizon Europe-funded OBCT (Obesity: Biological, socioCultural, and environmental risk Trajectories).
